Online Pre-Discharge Bankruptcy Education Course

In order to take advantage of the Online Education course for pre-file bankruptcy through CCCS of Maryland and Delaware you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must have filed for bankruptcy in one of the Judicial Districts in the states (Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia) in which CCCS of MD & DE, Inc is approved. Your bankruptcy case number will be required to enroll in this course.
2. You must have already completed a pre-file Bankruptcy counseling session through an approved counseling agency and received a certificate. If you have not completed a pre-file Bankruptcy counseling session then you must first make an appointment and initiate Pre-File Bankruptcy counseling.
   
3. You must be prepared to pay the one time fee of $50.00 (debit/credit card) for the course. If co-applicant certificate is needed, the co-applicant fee is $25.00. Co-applicant must enroll and complete the course separately.
