Client Payment Options
To meet the needs of our Debt Management Program (DMP) clients, we have developed the following payment options:
- Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check
You can mail your payment to our office, or place your payment in the secure drop box located at our corporate office.
- ACH (Direct Debit)
You can make Debt Management Program payments by enrolling in our Direct Debit Easy Payment Program. CCCS can then debit Debt Management Program payments directly from your checking or savings account at the same time each month.
- Online Payment Program
You can also make easy, secure payments online via direct debit from a checking or savings account. To use this new service, click here.
If you don't have the ability to make payments online, please call our client services department at (800) 571-2227 for assistance in making your payments.
