Confidential Budget Counseling:
For advice on how to successfully manage your personal finances, schedule an appointment with one of our certified counselors who will review your expenses, income and spending habits. Debt Management Plan:
If budget counseling and money management advice is not enough, you may need to enroll in a Debt Management Plan. A Debt Management Plan (DMP) is a debt repayment program in which you make one monthly payment through our agency that we then disburse to your creditors.  (Click here for more information on the DMP)

Educational Seminars:
We provide educational workshops and programs to a wide variety of civic organizations, educational groups and community businesses. Housing Counseling
We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.  Our services included:

Mortgage Delinquency and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
CCCS of Maryland & Delaware offers confidential counseling to help you understand your options and how to deal with your situation.   CCCS of Maryland & Delaware can help homeowners assess their financial situation, rework budgets and contact lenders, if necessary, to develop a plan to address the mortgage delinquency.  There is no charge for these confidential sessions.

Reverse Mortgage Counseling
Reverse Mortgages may help people who are at least 62 years old that live in their home for the majority of the year supplement their retirement income or pay for things like home repairs, prescriptions and medical care.  CCCS of Maryland & Delaware's experienced counselors can provide personal counseling and education to help you decide if a Reverse Mortgage is right for you.   For more details  call 866-731-8486

Pre-Purchase Homebuyers Counseling
Group education class and individual one-on-one counseling sessions help prepare prospective homebuyers for the homebuying experience.
